STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES, along with its TSTRATA STRENGTHING SOLUTIONS unit, is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for the Columbia, MD area. The role focuses on manufacturing, packaging, and shipping support within a warehouse environment.

You will set up production equipment, maintain logs, inspect materials, and ensure quality control while adhering to safety procedures. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in a warehouse setting, and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse, shop, or plant environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operation of production equipment.
• Maintain accurate production logs of finished goods.
• Inspection of raw materials for defects and traceability.
• Quality control testing of finished products.
• Packaging and labeling of finished products.
• Collaborate with engineering and management to improve production rates and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of equipment.
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, pallet wrappers, etc.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
