Job summary

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for the TSTRATA Strengthening Solutions warehouse in Columbia, MD. You will set up and run production equipment, inspect materials, and package finished goods.

You’ll maintain production logs, support quality control, and help improve efficiency through collaboration with engineering and management. A strong team player with basic troubleshooting skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with machinery and basic troubleshooting.
• 3+ years in a warehouse, shop, or plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment.
• Inspect raw materials for defects and traceability.
• Maintain accurate production logs of finished goods.
• Packaging and labeling of finished products.
• Collaborate with engineering and management to improve production rates.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of equipment.
• Organize inventory and maintain stock records.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
