Job summary

TSTRATA STRENGTHENING SOLUTIONS is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for the Columbia, MD warehouse. You will support product manufacturing, packaging, and shipping, operate production equipment, maintain logs, inspect materials, and contribute to continuous improvement with engineering and management.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, experience in a warehouse environment, proficiency with Microsoft Office, forklift experience, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with machinery and basic troubleshooting.
• 3+ years in warehouse, shop, or plant environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Up to 10% travel may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operation of production equipment
• Maintain accurate production logs of finished goods
• Inspection of raw materials for defects and traceability
• Quality control testing of finished products
• Packaging and labeling of finished products
• Collaborate with engineering and management to improve production rates and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of equipment
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, pallet wrappers, etc.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• All other duties as assigned
