Job Overview
Hubbell is currently seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support production and operations at our Mayville, WI facility. The role involves engaging in engineering, quality, and continuous improvement activities within the Utility Automation manufacturing site.
Support production, quality, and manufacturing engineering to sustain and improve performance.
Create standard work instructions and documentation for process and product changes as needed.
Provide technical support and training to direct labor employees.
Support Quality Control planning, product testing, and part inspections.
Participate in the ISO 9001 certification process and maintain the Quality Management System.
Lead troubleshooting activities for process issues.
Assist in problem solving and troubleshooting for manufacturing.
Support the corrective action process.
Initiate and participate in continuous improvement activities and kaizen events.
Support ergonomic improvements in manufacturing areas.
Handle Process Engineering Change Orders and collaborate with Product Engineering on product changes.
Ensure all products as-built meet order specifications before shipment.
