August Bioservices is seeking experienced manufacturing technicians to support our growing formulations and filling teams. Headquartered in Nashville, TN, August Bioservices is a privately-owned, high-growth Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) that provides drug discovery, formulation, and manufacturing services to pharma and biotech companies. Our work is instrumental in developing molecules that can become life-changing therapies.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of production areas to maintain a compliant environment.
2. Complete training for cleaning, sanitization, and aseptic handling in Grade B/C/D and CNC environments.
3. Prepare and transfer materials using proper aseptic and sanitization techniques.
4. Adhere to safety standards, including PPE use.
5. Perform inspection, labeling, and packaging of vials, IV bags, and syringes.
6. Dispense and formulate raw materials accurately following batch records.
7. Prepare equipment using sterilization methods like autoclaves and HEPA cabinets.
8. Operate and maintain production equipment across processes with team support.
9. Complete GMP documentation adhering to GDP.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report deviations or issues.
11. Operate sterilization equipment and support production setup and troubleshooting.
12. Support all teams on the manufacturing floor as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or higher preferred.
2. At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
3. Mechanical aptitude and understanding of GMP standards.
4. Attention to detail, good documentation skills, and basic computer literacy.
5. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cleanroom environments.
6. Effective communication skills and punctuality.
