Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking a production associate to tend machines and ensure proper process flow in a manufacturing environment. You will load materials, monitor operations, inspect outputs for defects, and keep accurate records while following safety rules.

Expect to participate in safety programs, wear protective equipment, and contribute to ISO goals. This role requires a High School diploma or GED and strong English communication skills; on-site work with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or recognized equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and speak English well enough to communicate with team and supervision.
• Ability to read and comprehend process instructions and record pertinent information.

Responsibilities

• Tend one or more machines or processes as directed by area supervisor.
• Load raw materials into machines and transport materials as required.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and document process records.
• May handle hazardous waste; training in hazardous waste management completed within six months.
