Job summary

Arnold Magnetic Technologies seeks a Die Cast Operator on the 1st shift in Greenville, OH to create and adjust molds for die casting. You will inspect molds with gauges, set up tooling per mold specs, and run production with quality checks before starting production cycles.

The role requires strong mechanical understanding and safety discipline, with a 4–6 week training on the 1st shift and steady days Monday–Friday. Base pay is $22.50/hour.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of applicable safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Constructs, adapts, and modifies molds for die cast tooling and other molding operations.
• Uses measuring and gauging tools to perform inspections before, during, and after molding operations.
• Sets up equipment based on mold requirements, materials, and tolerances.
• Executes production runs and conducts quality control testing before mold enters production cycle.
• Maintains knowledge of materials and products.
• Assists machinists and millwrights with injection molding process and equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Must train on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks.
