Job summary

Shamrock Technologies is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Technician in Henderson, KY to operate and maintain production equipment on 1st shift. You will monitor quality, follow safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced plant.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in manufacturing or equivalent training, with a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Experience with inventory tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor production equipment per procedures.
• Produce high-quality products meeting specifications and minimize defects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Assist in process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support Lean Six Sigma/Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Follow EHS guidelines and participate in safety training.
• Participate in quality control procedures and report non-conformities.
• Identify equipment malfunctions and assist maintenance.
• Collect and record production data accurately.
• Maintain 5S and a clean, organized work area.
• Safely operate forklift and transport materials within the facility.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and teams to ensure smooth flow.
• Assist in training new technicians.
