Job summary

Shamrock Technologies is seeking an entry‑level technician for the Henderson, KY facility to operate and monitor production lines. You will work a 3rd shift, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and help maintain equipment.

This role involves data recording, teamwork, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in manufacturing or related training, with a basic understanding of mechanical/electrical

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent training.
• Strong understanding of basic mechanical and electrical principles is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and procedures is required.
• Experience with inventory tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor production equipment.
• Produce high-quality products meeting specifications, minimizing defects.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Assist in process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Adhere to EHS guidelines and participate in safety training.
• Record production data accurately and keep work area organized.
• Operate forklift as needed.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Train new technicians as required.
