Job summary

Shamrock Technologies Inc is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Technician – Bagger for the Henderson, KY facility on 2nd shift. You will operate bagging lines, stage materials, verify weights, apply correct labels, and complete production records to ensure accurate packaging and inventory control.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in manufacturing, with a focus on safety, 5S housekeeping, and adherence to OSHA/EHS standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or bagging experience.
• Experience with inventory control systems preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor bagging equipment following procedures.
• Set up bagging lines and prepare materials, labels, and packaging supplies.
• Ensure correct product, bag type, and label for each run.
• Verify weights with scales and document results accurately.
• Inspect finished products for quality and labeling standards.
• Complete production documentation, including logs and mass balance sheets.
• Maintain safety, quality, and OSHA/EHS compliance.
• Identify and report equipment issues or discrepancies to leadership.
• Train new employees on bagging procedures and safety practices.
