Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or related training.
• Basic mechanical and electrical understanding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely.
• Produce quality products to spec, minimize defects.
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Assist process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support Lean Six Sigma style continuous improvement.
• Follow EHS guidelines and participate in safety training.
• Contribute to quality control and report non-conformities.
• Report equipment issues and assist maintenance troubleshooting.
• Record production data accurately and promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized work area per 5S.
• Operate forklift for material movement within facility.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teams to ensure flow.
• Assist in training new technicians as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
