Job summary

Adecco is hiring an entry-level Manufacturing Technician I to support kitting, cable assembly, and general manufacturing operations in Waukesha, WI. You will follow work instructions, assemble components, package kits, and operate basic production equipment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a collaborative team environment. This is a contract position with hourly pay of $19–$20.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cable components, connectors, and other parts according to work instructions.
• Measure and cut materials to specified lengths.
• Perform basic kitting, packaging, labeling, and bagging of materials.
• Operate production equipment, including wire marking and material bagging machines, after training.
• Apply labels, ties, and shrink tubing as needed.
• Read and follow work orders, diagrams, and production instructions.
• Complete production paperwork and quality checks accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and changing priorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
