FSO / RF Technician
Direct Hire Opportunity

Location: Topsfield, MA (100% onsite)
Schedule: 9/80, 7:00am to 4:30pm
Hourly Rate: $34.00 - $36.00

RF Technician Responsibilities

• Require MES experience
• Problem-solving skills with root cause analysis and project management
• Work with RF & microwave frequency products, subassemblies, modules, PC boards, and wire bonding
• Experience with chip and wire processes preferred
• Knowledge of advanced manufacturing methods in test, assembly, and fabrication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Educational requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience

Additional Role Details

After 6 months of training and successful certification, the FSO role is not full-time. The position will primarily involve Manufacturing Tech work while maintaining FSO responsibilities. We seek a knowledgeable Mfg Tech willing to train and learn FSO duties.

Security Skills and Requirements

• Interpret and apply company and government security policies
• Provide guidance and suggest modifications to operational policies
• Thorough knowledge of NISPOM, DoD security guidance, and ICD standards
• Experience as CPSO preferred
• Understanding of Physical Security, ICD 705, and collateral Closed Areas
• Experience with security databases like DISS, eQIP, NISS
• Manage security programs: personnel processing, audits, violation investigations, documentation, logs, etc.
• Develop security awareness and training programs
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Security preferred
• FSO certification and experience preferred
• Current or previous security clearance
