Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Operationsteam, theManufacturing Technician is responsible for the full production process of sterile syringe products, including material preparation, mixing, filing, sterilization and documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, while maintaining strict compliance and documentation standards.
About the Role:
- Weighs, depyrogenates, and documents raw materials, executes, and monitors processes. Performs cleaning and sanitization of equipment.
- Utilizes consistent handling, gowning, and hygiene techniques to ensure that bioburden, particulate, and other contaminates stay within validated limits.
- Completes and files accurate and completed production records.
- Maintains controlled room environment to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Ensures a safe work environment.
- Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices and standard operating procedures.
- Learns and executes basic troubleshooting techniques on equipment and process.
- Maintenance of laboratory instruments (including standardizing, cleaning, maintenance and calibration).
- Maintenance of workspace (including housekeeping of personal workspace, laboratory and retain areas).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Laboratory Science or equivalent with 3+ years of sterile technique
- Experience with sterile handling/mix and steam sterilization
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MTL (ASCP), CRCST or other applicable certifications
