  • Perform final product testing in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following established manufacturing processes.
  • Accurately document work and communicate assembly or quality issues to engineering teams.
  • Work independently on routine assignments while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Previous experience supporting product development teams in a low-volume manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and engineering documentation
  • Proficiency using standard assembly tools, including cutters, crimpers, soldering irons, pin insertion/removal tools, and torque tools
  • Hands‑on laboratory experience with soldering, power supplies, signal generators, and oscilloscopes
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed work instructions with minimal supervision
  • IPC-610, IPC-620, or J-STD-001 certification or equivalent experience preferred
