Job summary

HireArt is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in Foster City, CA to support the development of electronic hardware within an autonomous ride-hailing company. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and validating electronic hardware as well as providing feedback on manufacturability.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and over 4 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly. Benefits include employer-subsidized healthcare and a 401k package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
• Previous experience in low-volume manufacturing environments.
• IPC-610, IPC-620, or J-STD-001 certification preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and validate electronic hardware.
• Support engineers in new product development.
• Perform quality inspections and final product testing.
• Document work and communicate issues to engineering teams.
