Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, scale-up, and transfer new manufacturing processes.
• Qualify and sustain process equipment in a 24x7 environment.
• Troubleshoot to meet safety, throughput, and yield benchmarks.
• Apply DMAIC/8D/DOE/SPC methods for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.
• Datamine and visualize process data using SQL, Python, JMP, PowerBI.
