Job summary

Boston Scientific in Arden Hills, MN, is seeking a manufacturing technician to support set-up, calibration, rework and quality testing across parts and assemblies. You will work with engineers to develop/process improvements and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

3 years with AA degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience.
5 years of related manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting experience (preferred).
Allen Bradley PLC Training, or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

Observes and complies with safety rules and regulations (including QSE and ISO Standards).
Complies with all quality requirements and procedures.
Performs routine and complex equipment setup; owns corrective, preventive and calibration maintenance tasks.
Evaluates and orders necessary equipment, tools and fixtures.
Works with technicians and engineers on process improvement; some project execution experience.
