Job summary

Boston Scientific is hiring a Manufacturing Technician to perform functions across manufacturing operations, supporting set-up, calibration, rework and quality testing of parts and assemblies. You will collaborate with engineers to develop methods and ensure production meets ISO/QSE standards.

This onsite role requires five days in the local office, with no visa sponsorship. The position emphasizes safety, process improvements and MRB participation, and offers compensation aligned with Minnesota

Qualifications

• 1 year with AA degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform equipment setup and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Observes and complies with all safety rules and regulations (including QSE and ISO Standards).
• Participates in the Material Review Board (MRB) decision process. Complies with all Boston Scientific quality requirements and procedures.
• Performs routine equipment setup and maintenance. Completes basic corrective, preventive and calibration maintenance tasks as necessary.
• Evaluates and orders necessary equipment, tools and fixtures.
• Work with other technicians and engineers on process improvement.
