Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with a high school diploma/degree/equivalent
• Must work well in a team environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Processing non-conforming product
• Provides technical assistance to engineering for yield fallout investigations, manufacturing instruction compliance, product containment bounding, and corrective and preventive actions
• Update databases and spreadsheets used to track, monitor, and report department activities in tier meetings and core team meetings
• Use the inventory and traceability management systems to transact and research material
• Assists engineers in providing manufacturing support by training operators on processes and engineering changes
• Assists during audit activities
• Assists Engineers in developing or changing manufacturing instructions
• Assists Engineers in monitoring traceability and inspection requirements, SPC criteria, and manufacturing practices
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects
• Own and/or participate in NCEPs
