Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Quality Technician to provide day-to-day quality support for Arden Hills manufacturing lines, ensuring high-quality products for customers. The role involves non-conforming product processing, investigations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.

The position is onsite, five days a week, with relocation not available and visa sponsorship not provided. Strong teamwork, MS Office proficiency, and effective communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience, training, or apprenticeships
• Must work well in a team environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Process non-conforming product and troubleshoot complex assemblies
• Provide manufacturing support and assist with yield investigations and CAPAs
• Update databases and spreadsheets to track, monitor, and report department activities
• Support engineers with training operators and implementing process changes
• Monitor traceability and inspection requirements and manufacturing practices
• Lead continuous improvement projects and participate in NCEP ownership
