Job summary

RBC Bearings Incorporated is seeking a Manufacturing Tech I to operate machinery, read blueprints, and assist with the liner process. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and meeting production deadlines.

The candidate will work on fastening and precision components, read drawings, and contribute to quality control while collaborating with the team. Overtime may be required and physical effort is expected.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED required.
• Must read and write English.
• Must follow detailed instructions, do accurate work at a rapid pace and meet scheduling deadlines.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to carry out complex, repetitive tasks quickly and methodically.
• Available to work overtime as required.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Work on feet for entire shift.
• This role is subject to ITAR/EAR compliance and US citizenship or eligible status.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery to support the production process.
• Follow specifications on drawings and documented procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
• Complete daily production logs and required equipment maintenance checks.
• Comply with internal quality systems and procedures.
• Communicate effectively and work with team members.
