Qualifications

• High School education or GED required.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Read blueprints/engineering drawings and follow detailed instructions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive, precise tasks and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-site on second shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery to support the production process.
• Perform operations per drawings, prints, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
• Complete daily production logs and equipment maintenance checks.
• Follow internal quality systems and procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and tolerances.
• Demonstrate teamwork and effective communication.
• Ensure safety is the foundation of daily work.
• Adhere to scheduling deadlines and yield requirements.
