Job summary

RBC Bearings Incorporated, through its Sargent Aerospace & Defense lineage, is hiring a Manufacturing Tech I for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:30 pm–2:00 am) to process components via the liner process and support production goals. You will set up and operate machinery, read blueprints, and uphold safety, quality, and housekeeping standards while documenting daily logs and completing maintenance checks.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and willingness to work

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; must read/write English.
• Must read and write English and follow detailed instructions to meet deadlines.
• Manual dexterity for complex, repetitive tasks; operate basic tools and machines.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• Able to bend, squat, stand, and lift up to 40 pounds; conduct long shifts on feet.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery in support of the production process.
• Read drawings/prints and follow procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Complete daily production logs and required maintenance checks.
• Comply with internal quality systems and procedures.
