Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Georgia is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member I for the 1st shift (5am–3pm, Monday–Thursday). The role focuses on developing competency in basic assembly and inspection, following MPI/QWI and GDP guidelines to meet production and quality requirements.

You will support equipment setup, perform quality checks, document in Device History Records, and contribute to team-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years related work experience.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instruction.
• Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices preferred.
• Previous light assembly experience in a regulated industry with Medical devices preferred.
• Able and willing to learn assembly operations; work is closely supervised.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer’s Values, Behavioral Based Safety process and Integer Associate Quality Policy.
• Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per MPI’s and QWI’s.
• Understands own tasks and how they relate to others on their team; follows Standard Work where applicable.
• Assembles component parts using both manual and automatic machine operation.
• Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts and/or assemblies for conformance; escalates defects.
• Completes required Device History Records and GDP documentation.
• May package assemblies for shipment.
• Participates in team activities focusing on process/product improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Expands skill base through on the job training and classroom instruction.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment; follows procedures and regulations.
• Participates in flex break programs as required.
• Performs other functions as required.

# **Job Title - Manufacturing Team Member I - 1st shift**# **Work schedule - 5am to 3pm Monday - Thursday** **Job Summary** The primary purpose of this position is to develop competency in and performance basic assembly and/or inspection operations at Integer. The incumbent is expected to follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements.**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities** 1. Assembles component parts as per print. Utilizes both manual and automatic machine operation. 5. Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts and/or completed assemblies for conformance to specifications. Identifies and escalates quality non-conformances. 6. Completes required Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation per Good Documentation Practices (GDP). 7. May package assemblies for shipment. 8. Participates in team activities focusing on process/product improvement, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction. 9. Expands skill base through on the job training, cross training and classroom instruction. 10. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations 11. Actively participates in “flex break” programs as required. 12. Performs other functions as required.**Job Requirements** **Minimum Education**: High school graduate or equivalent. **Minimum Experience:** 0-2 years related work experience. Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instruction. Must learn to recognize obvious defects in workmanship **Special Skills:** Ability to read blueprints preferred. Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices preferred.
