Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member I to support assembly and inspection operations. You will follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements, using microscopes and measuring devices as needed.
The role involves learning and applying MPI and QWI instructions, working under supervision, and contributing to team quality and efficiency goals. This entry-level position supports a 2nd and 3rd shift with a 90-day sign-on bonus.

2nd shift 3:30 pm to 12:00 am
3rd shift 11:30pm to 7:00am
The primary purpose of this position is to develop competency in and perform basic assembly and/or inspection operations at Integer. The incumbent is expected to follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements.
Identifies and escalates quality non-conformances.
High school graduate or equivalent.
0-2 years related work experience.
Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instruction. Must learn to recognize obvious defects in workmanship
Ability to read blueprints preferred. Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices preferred. Previous light assembly experience in a regulated industry with Medical devices preferred.
Able and willing to learn assembly operations; work is closely supervised #IND1
