Alliance Laundry Systems in Wisconsin is seeking a Team Lead to guide a group of 8-12 team members under a Group Leader. You will lead daily pre-shift meetings to align safety, quality, HR, and production goals.

The role focuses on developing team capabilities, continuous improvement, and coaching for conflict resolution. Proficiency with SAP and KPI tracking is expected, along with maintaining 5S audits and standard work; overtime and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience leading others in a work setting preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to coach and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pre-shift meetings to update the team on safety, quality, HR, and production goals.
• Assimilate and train new team members within the area.
• Ensure proper PPE and enforce safety procedures.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement and KPI tracking.
• Escalate production issues to the Group Leader.
• Maintain Team Member Standard Work and shift handoffs.
• Navigate conflicts through coaching and support.
• Utilize SAP to aid manufacturing processes.
• Complete Hour by Hour Boards, 5S audits, and DuPont observations.
