The Manufacturing Team Leader will apply, control and monitor the applications required to run a process line so that it meets established physical and sensitometry quality standards. This includes making rapid online decisions to the ongoing production process and to take corrective action according to procedures and customer specifications to achieve customer satisfaction and quality product. This also includes the application of team leadership, team building and individual professional working relationships with the process line operators, the process line support teams, supervisors and managers.
As a Team Leader, you will:
• Lead Pre-shift Meetings
• Assist in Line troubleshooting
• Maintain production logs
• Preform daily checks throughout the line
• Ensure your team is following SOPs
• Coach team members
• Teach and sign-off operator communications
• Follow all Kodak policies and guidelines
Requirements:
• High School Graduate or GED Certificate
• 3 years to 6 years of Manufacturing experience
• Good mechanical/technical aptitude with a degree of proficiency in math and computer skills
• A team player and customer-focused attitude
• Effective communication skills
• Able to work overtime as required
• Good overall safety and performance work record
• Ability to cope in a fast-paced environment
• Position works on a 12-hour rotating shift
Desired but not required:
• Georgia work ready certificate
• Forklift experience
• Previous experience with inspection in a process environment
• Experience with SAP (manufacturing process order system)
