The Team Leader oversees production cells, reporting to the Value Stream Leader, as part of the Manufacturing & Operations team in Duncan, SC, on-site role.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with supervisors to identify performance gaps, uncover root causes, and implement solutions.
• Prioritize safety daily to ensure associates can work without risk.
• Promote quality throughout production and serve as a resource for production-related matters.

Who you are:

• High School Diploma or GED, experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience, familiar with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Ability to train, lead, and mentor a team to ensure successful production processes.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 35 lbs, and handle extended periods of bending, lifting, sitting, and standing.

Preferred experience:

• Experience in a cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance with ISO standards in pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
