Job Description:

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

1. Lead the team in your department.
2. Experience with fabrication, welding, and machine operating.
3. Promote a culture of trust, teamwork, and excellence.
4. Communicate information from the Manufacturing Leader to your team.
5. Set daily expectations for team members.
6. Promote a safe work environment.
7. Share resources, team members, and collaborate with other leaders as needed.
8. Serve as the first point of contact for team member issues.
9. Develop team members by providing positive feedback and constructive criticism, assisting with evaluations, and assigning projects to improve skills and product knowledge.
10. Inspect completed projects and work with QC team members to ensure high quality.
11. Recognize problems and respond positively.
12. Meet job deadlines and be willing to work extra when needed.
13. Promote a clean work environment and PPE compliance.
14. Perform all other duties as assigned.
