• Oversee the planning and execution of major retail events, including the American Quarter Horse Congress, Kentucky 3 Day Event, and more…
• Develop and implement sales strategies and customer engagement plans that align with our brand values
• Recruit, train, and empower retail teams to exceed expectations
• Establish a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence in every retail and event touchpoint
