Lindsay Corporation is seeking a Team Lead to drive manufacturing excellence on the plant floor. You will coach teammates, promote safety, and ensure timely production while maintaining quality and cost controls.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a forklift license or willingness to obtain one. You’ll coordinate storage, inventory accuracy and adherence to schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible to changing priorities; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coach, guide and develop teammates; provide targeted support.
• Ensure safety-first work practices and compliance with Life Safety Elements.
• Monitor production quality and meet targets; reduce deviations.
• Supervise workflow, scheduling and progress; drive cost initiatives.
• Oversee inventory storage, accuracy and accessibility.
