Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Flexible to changing priorities and able to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to analyze information and present results through reports.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain.
• Blueprint reading skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coaching to team members on performance and development.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and life-safety requirements are met.
• Meet production targets while maintaining service levels and quality.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement them without compromising quality.
• Monitor work progress, schedules, and address issues promptly.
• Provide ongoing training and constructive feedback to the team.
• Manage storage, inventory accuracy and control at the plant floor.
