Job summary

Qualifications

• Team Leader Certification within 30 days of assignment.
• Ability to interpret instructions and manage team performance.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and coordinates the activities and job assignments of team members.
• Scheduling – Implement scheduling sequence for team members.
• Maintain time and production documentation.
• Responsible for communication among team members – turnover meetings and ongoing communication.
• Training - coordinate training for all team members (OJT, and other necessary training).
• Performance management - provide input in performance reviews and talent audits.
