JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the motivation, coaching and leading in the supervision of manufacturing associates. Execution of production efficiency standards, company policies, guidelines and production documentation that support daily operations.

• Informs leaders and other internal clients of pertinent information and communicates
to other departments as necessary.
• Communicates with external vendors as needed.
• Effectively communicates with team and at all levels within the organization.
DECISION MAKING
• Optimization of the production schedule. Evaluate the sequencing of jobs,
workload balancing to determine effectiveness based on material and shipping deadlines.
• Work moves based on material arrival, production decline and shipping needs.
• Coordinating with staffing agency on the number of associates on staff to support volume.
OTHER
• Position requires flexibility to work other shift schedules as required for coverage.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS
The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $68,500-$106,900 annually. Starting pay decisions
are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications,
skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay. RRD’s benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance and employer/partner discounts.
