Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with manufacturing software systems.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and Six Sigma/Kaizen training desirable.
• Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate department to achieve productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Drive performance metrics within the Cabinetworks Group Operating System (COS) and related reporting.
• Provide coaching and development to employees; handle training and performance reviews.
• Manage staffing, absenteeism, and timekeeping (Kronos); maintain plant housekeeping and morale.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and costs.
