Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a production work cell, coordinating workloads to meet production targets, KPIs and quality standards.
• Ensure efficient use of people and resources while maintaining adherence to safety protocols.
• Champion 5S practices and lead by example.
• Support work order closures and stock control transactions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve production issues, informing leadership.
• Participate in ongoing training to grow leadership capabilities.
• Assist in performance management and attendance tracking.
• Maintain production metrics and share results with leadership.
• Investigate incidents and non-conformities, ensuring timely action closure.
• Collaborate with Production Scheduling to align shift production plans.
• Foster a respectful, team-oriented culture through positive leadership and accountability.
