Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills required.
• Working knowledge of compliance requirements of industry, EEOC, and employment laws.
• Participation in Leadership training and BET required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development tasks and support day-to-day issues under supervision.
• Provide coaching, training, and development; participate in staffing input and interviews.
• Execute production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor labor requirements to balance staffing and overtime costs.
• Ensure compliance with internal practices, policies, and governance.
• Communicate tactical plans and initiatives to gain partner cooperation.
• Prepare shift summaries and communicate plans to leaders.
