Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience (5-8 years).
• Supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of department product, food preparation and equipment.
• Knowledge of commercial baking procedures and equipment is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production flow and quality for bakery products.
• Coordinate production, shifts, lunches and breaks.
• Monitor sanitation and food safety processes.
• Train and orient new Partners as needed.
