Job summary

Duravant seeks a Team Lead to manage the parts schedule and supervise the assigned section on the factory floor. You will guide staff and equipment, interpret policies, and use approved drawings to direct activities within production responsibilities.

You will collaborate with Sales Operations, Engineering, Finance, Materials & HR to meet budgets and implement lean, 5S, safety, onboarding, and training across manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems ideal.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Able to analyze processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Able to read measurements and blueprints and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily direction and leadership to the product line’s team members.
• Adheres to company handbook and section policies.
• Coordinates daily/weekly/monthly schedules to meet delivery demands.
• Monitors quality, quantity, and efficiency of production.
• Supports lean initiatives, 5S, safety, onboarding, and training.
