• Ability to read, interpret and explain blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Schedules direct labor on daily activities to meet production and quality standards.
• Trains employees and maintains training records.
• Ensures compliance with process documentation and safety practices.
• Maintains schedule adherence and optimal staffing levels.
• Leads a high-performing team including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Maintains quality standards on all products produced on shift.
• Manages supplies, inventory, and reorders as needed.
• Proposes process improvements and communicates issues to operations management.
• Adheres to company policies and PPE requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
