Job summary

Duravant is seeking a Team Lead for the parts department on the factory floor. You will guide a team, manage the parts schedule, and collaborate with Sales Operations, Engineering, Finance and HR to meet budgets and production goals.

You will implement lean practices, 5S, safety standards, onboarding and training while working with the Production Manager and Director of Manufacturing Operations to foster strong cultural values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Understanding of ERP/MRP systems (Epicor).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with lean concepts and tools.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to coordinate inventory and shipments.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and leadership to the parts department team.
• Lead all expedited orders and project-based parts orders.
• Adhere to company handbook and section policies.
• Operate and supervise use of machinery and equipment in the section.
• Promote continuous improvement and meet production targets.
• Monitor quality, quantity, and efficiency of outputs.
• Cross-train team members and support training opportunities.
• Coordinate inventory, LTL and shipments with other departments.
