Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Lean principles and tools experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and leadership to production line team.
• Adhere to company handbook and policies.
• Work with machinery and equipment in the section.
• Promote continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Coordinate schedules to meet delivery demands.
• Monitor quality, quantity, and efficiency of outputs.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and training opportunities pursued.
