Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing/warehouse operation.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate people and implement continuous improvements.
• Lean certification or related continuous improvement training is valued.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and develop a team in accordance with Andersen values and strategic direction; maintain a respectful work environment.
• Review production schedules to identify and resolve problems.
• Ensure product quality through standard work and training; review schedules to resolve issues.
• Support and implement lean processes; provide 5S training and housekeeping improvements.
• Foster continuous improvement and assist associates in understanding policies and corrective actions.
• Maintain time and production records and communicate with supervisors about performance and schedules.
