Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings/schematics and explain to others.
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Word and Excel.
• Experience using an ERP system desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing employees within an area of responsibility on various processes and operations.
• Assign work and instruct operators on technique, quality and safety procedures.
• Check and arrange availability of materials, tools and fixtures.
• Perform direct labor and other functions to maintain workflow and on-time completion.
• Audit work to ensure quality procedures are followed and requirements are met.
• Assist evaluate team member performance with supervisor support.
• Perform supervisory tasks excluding disciplinary actions.
