Qualifikationen

• Must have 4+ years experience performing work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and schematics.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating activities in a department.

Aufgaben

• Lead manufacturing employees within an area of responsibility on various processes.
• Assign work and instruct operators on techniques, quality and safety procedures.
• Check material/tool availability and arrange fixtures as needed.
• Maintain flow of work to ensure on-time completion.
• Audit work for quality and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Evaluate team member performance with supervisor support.
• Perform supervisory tasks with supervisor backing.
• Conduct internal process audits and report findings.
• Analyze materials, processes and products to prevent disruptions.
• Assist with production posting and inventory accuracy.
• Communicate discrepancies in drawings or BOM to Engineering.
• Conserve resources and train others in inspection tasks.
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
