Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation seeks a Manufacturing Team Leader I (DIR) to lead daily production and ensure product traceability. You will guide your team to meet customer needs and collaborate across engineering, supply chain and quality.

The role emphasizes rigorous execution of JSAs, SOPs, and 5S, with opportunities for development and a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement. TE offers competitive pay with shift differentials and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be US person or PRC holder as position requires access to ITAR/EAR-controlled information.
• 3+ years of assembly experience.
• Able to interface with all management levels.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the team to perform duties with adherence to 5S, SOPs, and JSAs.
• Ensure shift safety and resolve gaps in area(s) with involvement from other areas as needed.
• Collaborate with Shift Supervisor to foster a culture of safety, inclusion and continuous improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives for Safety, Quality, Logistics, Process, and Operations.
• Assist Supervisors and Management in identifying training needs and developing individuals.
• Communicate changes in production schedules and company policies clearly.
