Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required; 6 months in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Basic computer skills.
• Comfort around machinery in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train new employees on production process.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Must meet quality and productivity standards.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor with day to day management of the team.
• Train team members as needed.
• Remove burrs from manifolds using hand tools or automated processes.
• Deburr parts per the process card.
• Manually deburr manifold blocks.
• Perform safety checks on thermal deburr machine prior to operation.
• Operate the thermal deburring machine.
• Check completed manifolds for damage and contamination.
• Stack finished product as directed by work instructions.
• Organize work based off production list.
• Support Deburring team when issues arise; notify supervisor.
• Train deburring team to proper processes.
• Receive completed orders and email when ready for CMP.
• Maintain a clean work environment; comply with safety regulations.
• Use PPE as required and instructed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
