Participants gain hands‑on experience across core operations, learn HydraForce processes, and work with a dedicated mentor to build a broad foundation in hydraulic manufacturing. The program rotates through nine departments, including Support/Logistics, Quality inspections, Honing, Assembly, Testing, Auditing, Warranty, Manufacturing

Formación

• Must be an active HydraForce employee in good standing at the time of application.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of hands-on technical experience in manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, machining, electronics, or related fields.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use common hand tools.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn manufacturing software/systems.
• Ability to perform measurements using rulers, calipers, micrometers, or gauges or willingness to learn.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and standardized processes.
• Teamwork and clear communication of issues.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different manufacturing processes and environments.

Responsabilidades

• Rotational program spans nine departments to build cross-functional proficiency.
• Participate in hands-on learning across Support/Logistics, Quality – Inspection, Honing, Assembly, Testing, Quality – Auditing, Quality – Warranty, Manufacturing Engineering, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Work with mentors to develop objectives, activities, and timelines for each rotation.
• Gain exposure to HydraForce processes, standards, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices.
• Apply Lean principles to improve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.
• Document work and communicate technical information clearly.
