HydraForce, a Bosch Rexroth company, seeks an experienced CNC Machinist to produce precision components in Lincolnshire, IL. You will independently set up and operate HMC machines, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet exact specs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years as a CNC machinist with manual machining experience.
• Ability to set up and troubleshoot all HMC machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement equipment accurately.
• English language proficiency to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsabilités

• Independently set up and operate all HMC machines.
• Operate machines while maintaining blueprint specifications.
• Perform initial inspection and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with process improvement tools such as DOE.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with PPE.
• Support workflow within a work cell and team
